Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer
  • The refund method will be decided after discussion with the customer
